School Uniform

Uniform is worn to develop a sense of pride in being a member of the Oakley Infant School Community.  It is practical and will get heavy use during the school day and term. The uniform is worn as follows:

Oakley Infant School sweatshirt or cardigan (dark green with school logo or plain dark green)

Grey long trousers.

Grey skirt, pinafore dress or trousers.

White polo shirt, plain or with the school logo.

Black sensible school shoes

Grey socks.

White socks or grey/dark green tights.

School book bag with school logo (available from the school office)

Pair of wellington boots to be kept in school (Year R only)

In Summer – children can wear grey shorts and green and white gingham dress.

PE Uniform

White T-shirt with logo

Dark green cotton PE shorts (not shiny material or branded)

A pair of trainers

Old joggers/leggings and a sweatshirt/tracksuit top for outdoor wear

PE kit should be in a named drawstring PE bag

ALL UNIFORM SHOULD BE CLEARLY NAMED

SECOND HAND SHOP

There is an excellent second hand shop run by Friends for all logo'd items, all clothes are in good condition and very reasonably priced.  Please contact nearlynewoakleyinfants@gmail.com for details.

Items of uniform with the school logo can be purchased from Skoolkit and plain items can be purchased from any shop selling uniform items.
